Family Child Care at B’Above
B’Above Family Child Care provides high quality, comprehensive early childhood services that foster each child's development by supporting and nurturing the whole child. We provide a healthy learning environment that stimulates curiosity and joy of learning. We believe that play is the “work” of young children. B’Above FCC believes that parents and Providers must work together to support the development of young children.
In partnership with the Department of Education, B’Above Family Child Care, serve children in a mixed-age groups program for children ages 6 weeks to three years old.
Family Child Care providers are given instructional resources, coaching, program monitoring and family support. The children in B’Above Family Child Care have unique opportunities:

To build a lasting nurturing bonds with their caregivers by continuing with the same provider from six weeks through three years old.

They are provided with three nutritious meals daily.

Programs are conveniently located close to home, work, or school.

Programs best reflect the language and culture of their community.

Providers are qualified by the Department of Education and licensed by the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene.
